Rooted is proud to support Yellow Brick House, a registered charity in York Region that provides life-saving services and prevention programs for individuals and families impacted by violence.
Yellow Brick House operates two emergency shelters with 41 beds and 10 cribs, offering a safe place for women and children in crisis. They provide wraparound support including a 24/7 crisis line, counselling services, mental health support, housing assistance, and family court and immigration consultation.
In 2024–2025 alone, Yellow Brick House:
